I ordered a lemonade slush. They brought me out a limeade on ice left and came back on the second try they made me a limeade slush. I want a lemonade slush do you not know the difference between green and yellow a green one is a lime a yellow one is a lemon did they not teach you your colors and your fruit in school? I had to throw the second one in the trash. It was way too tart!

We spent 20 minutes waiting on ice cream. When we asked where was the order, they had no clue as to what we ordered. That is more than enough for me to never eat there again.

Food is always cold…and ice cream is served melted! How are you going to serve melted ice cream? Management must really suck because they don’t fix simple situations. Get food and drinks out in a timely manner.

So after placing order waited 30 minutes I literally watched my cups of ice sitting in the store while 2 vehicles got there orders before me yet they arrived after my order was placed I ordered a chicken slider 2 Jr cheeseburgers and 2 ff the ff we’re cold and nasty my slider bun was burnt and I couldn’t eat it it was like a hockey puck it was so hard. Also made me late for work taking so long I saw 4 employees in the store only one was car hopping this store has went downhill since Ms Sophia is gone

This sonic is kind of icky. It is really run down and they seem to not care about repairing screens or slots or speakers. We ordered drinks and cheese sticks. The ranch we got was congealed and hot. I think it must have been expired or stored wrong. It wasn’t just room temp, it was warm. I did not eat it. My kids were outside the car playing tag in the seating area while we waited (no one was out there) one of the people inside opened the door and told them to stop playing around the tables. The sonic a few miles down is way better, way cleaner, way more put together. Just go there.

Ordered through the app to try the new queso burger and it was very disappointing! The burger was dry and had nothing on it that it was supposed to. It was cold and bland. Sadly both sonic location have gone so down hill and it’s so sad. Staff is nice at this location. But the food is not worth the time.
