I like the drive-in experience, and the menu is right there when you park. My order was taken promptly when I pushed the button, and the food was delivered in short order. The burger and fries were hot when they arrived and looked inviting. The fries were fine, but while the burger looked great, it really had no taste at all. It seemed rather blan, even with the slice of cheese that I had requested to be held. Nothing wrong with anything, but nothing I had screamed for me to hurry back.

The Sonic in Jacksonville TX has terrible customer service. They don’t seal their DoorDash orders, and take no priority, or sense of urgency for their DoorDashers because everytime we have to wait more than 5 minutes we are losing money, and we get the front of hell from the customer that ordered off the App. The order could be ready by the time the dasher gets there, but makes the dasher wait 10 minutes and have to get the other car hops attention to remind them we are waiting for a door dash order. It is ridiculous.

Chili cheese coney was very bland. The chili is bland. The onion rings used to be onion rings, now they are minced onions in rings. Service was great, all friendly. Dust cherry limeade was good as always.

There always on point with the way I have my breakfast made never wrong and the staff is always quick I hardly ever have to wait on my food the girls that bring the food are top notch and great on making sure that there service is with a smile the only down side to there sonic has nothing to do with staffing issues it’s always a pain when I get a terminal that is broken and the screen does not work and I feel bad when I have to ask one of the ladies to take my card and run it inside

Ordered meals on the app and the app was incorrect did not get the correct food addressed it with the employee that brought the food out she was super sweet however the manager came out and said that I was wrong although I could clearly see where it had two footlongs on my order and then she was a b**** and was like here’s yours food so I will never come back to this Sonic and I have a lot of times and people that I know that comes here I hope nobody ever shops at this Sonic again and the food wasn’t fresh
