One of the best Sonics I have ever been to. They got my order correctly. The staff is always super friendly and super helpful. The only negative is that they went out of a lot of items when it gets really busy on a holiday. My sonic burger was charred amazingly. It tasted really good and my tater tots were cooked perfectly crunchy as I requested.

We ordered pancakes but they weren’t cooked all the way through, and then the waitress insulted my 82 yr old mother by arguing that this is the way pancakes are supposed to look like. We substituted for French toast, and that tasted like regular toast with some cinnamon sprinkled on it. I don’t foresee us going back.

Drinks are good but food is meh, normally just order a drink but one night I was hungry too and ordered a NORMAL chicken sandwich, not a slider and got this pathetic thing. It looks like a chicken nugget! Doesn’t help that the bun is small too, the chicken itself was dry and not very good. The fries and tots are ok but nothing special. I would rather get a drink then just go to whataburger

This place needs managers that care about customers and not lie to them. Waited 20 plus minutes for a bag of ice and drink and a cheap sandwich. They gave my order to the other car beside me. Pushed the button 3 times finally asked for my refund and manager just said ok. He didn’t tell my what they took so long. I called he didn’t answer. Call back and said they had kitchen problems but orders kept coming out. He is bad manager who needs training.

The tater tots were cold (and not like they have been sittin out cold but cold like they came out the fridge). The eggs and bacon on the toaster sandwich and in the breakfast burritos were BURNT! They knew that food was burnt and not fresh before they sent it out! UNACCEPTABLE! The regular size burrito was the same size as the jr breakfast burrito. Smh….As a team they HAVE to do better!
