Only reason I gave 1 ⭐ is because there isn’t an option for any less to be given. I placed a mobile order @this location because they were the closest Sonic that was open. All the lights were on, the sign lit up & all stalls up & running. but no one was inside…. it seems someone opened everything up & went to breakfast somewhere else, probably with the $ I paid for my mobile order that was deducted immediately from my bank account.

Went to sonic (Judson)this morning craving a burger.. I ordered waited over 15 minutes to get it I tipped my carhop and went home . Got home and my burger was super old like a day old . Meat was hard very dry and the cheese was super old and the bun itself was super hard and old as well.. I was so mad I couldn’t just settle and eat it knowing everything is so expensive and the wait and the tip I gave I just had to take it back. Got to the store and the Manager immediately came out (No Attitude like most managers like I did something wrong) to address the issue and she really Did (NIKKI) the manager apologized and Remade my burger personally and gave me a few coupons and let me know that she spoke with her employees and reassured me that this will not happen again and it’s not acceptable.. I actually went back to the store to get my money back and I was very surprised by the Respect and Professionalism from the Manager (NIKKI) I had to allow her to make things right and she did that and Much Much More and the Burger was super fresh and was very good.. Thank you NIKKI!! You need a raise and other managers should learn from you on how to Make a Paying Customer happy even if things were so wrong before..

Worst ever. Waited over 20 mins for slushies, cheese sticks, a burger. Came out missing the cheese sticks, gave me a grilled cheese instead as well. Ordered a hotdog but my hamburger still didn’t come out. You will wait forever to get your items. Short staffed or not, the drive through is going way faster.
