Unprofessional staff. Complete disregard for customers. Slow service. Never took our order. We had to drive up to the window and tell them what we wanted. Still waited over 15 min for two sprites and two pretzels. We could hear them laughing and playing on their phones the whole time. Finally drove away with no food.

For 5he food I would have given a 0 if I could have. The food we ordered was really terrible. It was cold we had to wait a long while. The young man apologized but I believe he new it was bad. We was hungry and from out of town so we didn’t take it bad. Well my son got sick. So I guess the food had been there awhile because it was cold cheese not melted. It was horrible. It was only young guys seems like there. I Well never visit there again if possible nor will my son for sure. I had been there once before and it was good so suggested it this time and was sorry. My son was really sick with his stomach from this food. Next time I’m there I’m gonna tell them about it.

Paid over 20 dollars for two burgers and tots. Hamburger dried up and cold. Had I not driven home, I would have demanded my money back, Instead, I choked it down by dipping it in Catsup. Overpriced horrible food. Next time I will be going across the street to Chick-fil-A. Good luck keeping your door’s open in the future.

Worst experience of my life they had no idea what there doing. They weren’t even busy and couldn’t get my order right. They pretty much ripped me off and the food I got that wasn’t right and they just wanted to argue with me about it was slopped together and cold. Don’t go here if you want good service and the food you ordered. I posted this once already but somehow it disappeared. And management never got a hold of me to find out what happened or make it right if that tells you anything that should be enough.

But in a cool kinda way. ] This is an update on the sonic drive in on the north end Mount Pleasant , Texas. The service was so poor and our order was wrong. We could see the employees thru the window on their phones. Maybe that’s why our order was wrong , they were not paying attention. So we went around and showed them that they had done our order wrong and when they brought back my new order , this is what they brought me. Seriously !?
