Worse experience ever since you order at kiosk. they act like they don’t have to speak to you. They ignore you at counter. I HAD TO REACH BEHIND COUNTER TO GET SAUCE FOR NUGGETS. The girl working just watch me and wouldn’t even help me get it. No napkins or straws given with order. Printer paper in kiosk so you couldn’t even get receipt with order number on it. The employees act like robots with no customer service experience.

What I paid for vs what I received is pictured (I ate a tender lol)… I would have been ok with more fries or a pretzel I could eat. It was hard and the cheese they had drizzled on it did nothing to help that smh.

The drink I ordered wasn’t the right drink, but, it was ok. The person taking my order could not hear me, due to the fact that he was listening to music through his personal headphones. The lady that brought out our food was very nice and explained the issue. The area was clean enough, so we will be back.

Absolutely zero customer service. They person on the speaker wouldn’t speak loud enough that I could hear, he was too far away from the microphone. I gave him my order, when I said “yea that’s it” he just put my total on the screen. Not a thank you, or here’s your total, nothing. My son and I waited for our food. The girl came to deliver the food and didn’t speak a word… Handed me the bags and walked off. I got home and my chicken strips were inedible…they were overcooked and tasted awful. The gravy was like pure water. The bread was hard and I got tots instead of fries when they didn’t ask if that’s what I wanted. This isn’t the first unpleasant experience here, but I won’t go back.

I went one evening around 10 and had to wait like 30 for my food but I’ll tell you why. I noticed the guy that took our order was the one taking out orders and also making orders all by himself! So I didn’t mind waiting if you ask me he deserves a raise for handling all that all alone. The bottom of the receipt said Calvin so I’m amusing that’s his name so Sonic please realize what a hard working employee y’all have.

Nastiest food I ever had. First I had to wait 20 minutes to get my food. When I did get my food it was colder than my drink. Ask to speak with the manager it her took forever to come out side. She never came to see what horrible food they prepared for me and my son to eat. Bottom line take compassion on what you do for a living and make YOUR costumers happy.

Ordered a ft long coney, well two. It was horrible. My husband was in the mood. The hot dog was gross tasting the bread was soggy on both. Ordered one large fry that was half full. This meal went in the trash.

Extremely poor customer service. Associate took our order and then voided it out of the system and then ignored us when we pressed the button to ask about our order while proceeding to bring out orders to people who arrived and ordered after us. Did I mention all we ordered was a bag of ice!? Save your time and go the location on Oates – they have better customer service and food quality.
