This Sonic is awful. I’m a very patient person, but this location consistently takes over 30 minutes to bring out my food, even when preordering on the app. They also mess up almost every order, and then blame the customer even though the information is correct on the receipt.

The food was decent. However, will Sonic EVER get my order right?! Something is always messed up on my order, every time, which is why I don’t really ever choose to eat here. It’s just super frustrating going behind the people you just paid for food and fixing what they messed up. If I wanted to fix my own meal, I would have just eaten at home and saved the money!

Ordered Hamburger combo with no cheese and onions, coney with no bun and repeated this when ordering. Order was very long in arriving and was cold, also burger had cheese and onion and coney was on bun and dry. Had to send all back. All came out again but was still not very good. Very disappointed. Hope they get the problems solved.

Edit:since the new management has taken over, this location has gotten so much better!! They have yet to mess up my order and food/service is 100000x better. I took my 1 star off and made it 4 star. The only reason I didn’t do a 5 star is because what’s with the cheese tots? They’re coming out over cooked and barely any cheese comes on them now. A large chz tot is what i order and ive even now started asking for extra cheese and trying to pay for extra. They dont charge for extra chz on the tots but still getting the bare minimum. I get food cost but come on I want the tots to have cheese. Everything else is great! So much better now. I typically go 3 times a week un the morning around 8am. The carhops go above and beyond which is awesome! Good job!!

I have lived here for 7 years and have come to find out that this sonic location is the absolute worst one I have ever in my life come across if you can catch them open pray they have what you are wanting or even remember you today is my sons bday and all he wanted was a need slush so immediately after school we go we see our drinks pass us and the screen clear as if received our drinks after pushing the button a few times with no one coming to assist I gave up and left and now I have a disappointed child thanks sonic we’re done
