I’ve been here a few times in the drive thru, this time sitting down inside. I’ve never had any serious issues like the other reviews, but I keep my orders simple as possible anyway. My food was really decent and the employee inside was exceptionally nice. Only she went to lunch after taking my order and another guy handed my order with small fries instead of large. I’m not mad, but it’s not what I paid for. At $9.00+ for a meal, it needs to be correct. I like the melty style cheese here, but not on the burgers. OCEAN WATER!

We came and order a burger and a chicken tender meal. The burger had bread and meat that tasted old and the chicken tenders given were old a dry. It was clear this stuff was made hours ago. This is supposed to be the Sonic for Fate but they just don’t care about the food quality at all. Gonna have to just go to Rockwall.

If you would stop saying “Anything else?” After every item we ask for…that would be great. Plus, customer service is terrible. Every time we come, they always leave something off that we ask for at the drive thru. I can’t say everyone is terrible but it sure does need a step up in customer service and probably hearing lessons. Smile every once in a while and talk when you’re handing us our food maybe? Lol Jesus.

Drive thru only location, but order ahead still available. Not amazing customer service but good. Sonic is so often wildly hit-or-miss that it’s nice when you find one that’s at least competently run. Word to the wise, you get what you pay for on the 2 for $5 deals. Pictured below is one of the 2 for $5 1/4 lb burgers, which is slightly bigger that a slider, smh. Pretty good though, for a burger I can eat in 5 bites.

Spoke too soon. Now all I have are issues with this place. Just spent half an hour in the drive thru. They gave me a burger that looks like the patty had bites taken out of it. And jalapeños that I didn’t order on my burger. No mayo, hardly any lettuce. It looks like they just threw the first burger of someone else’s off the line in my bag because they forgot about me and had me there for so long. They always get the order wrong or forget something. What happened to this place? Who did y’all fire that was keeping y’all in line? cause you need to hire them back!

I ordered a medium Oreo and Reese’s shake from the menu. The menu says $4.89 and lists 4-5 options with calorie counts per each choice. Guy rings me up and charges me $0.69 to add the Reese’s. He also tried adding another $0.69 for peanut butter for some reason. After I paid (not knowing I was getting charged extra) I saw the receipt and asked why I got charged extra he told me that’s what they do. I pointed out that the menu doesn’t say that. It says $4.89. I asked to cancel and he says, “it already went through.” I chuckled and told him to void it. He stared at me for a second and then called over his manager Francisco. Francisco voided my charge and asked what I wanted but I told him how it was shady that they’re charging a different price than the menu says. Guy tells me “I just work here.” No ownership of the crew. I told him he has a voice and needs to use it. I’m about to take my sign here, but as someone who worked in restaurants for 7 years as a server and manager for one of the biggest corporate sit-down restaurant companies in the world, you don’t post one price and then start charging extra. There are buttons in the POS (point-of-sale) system for every item on the menu. This is an example of poor training and a lack of company auditing. I can also prove that the menu price is accurate as the Sonic app shows the same price as the menu… and there’s a button for it.

This place actually had a dog park which we were very grateful for as we had our dog along for a five hour round trip drive. The food was good the dog park nice but needed repair. The park appears brand new but had some building issues so people dont lose their dog while playing.
