Very disappointed ☹️ I love sonic but lately it has been garbage. It’s like ppl don’t care what they serve to other ppl or understand that mishandling food can make ppl sick, especially my 17month old son who I ordered chicken tenders for and they’re old. The order took a while so I’m expecting everything was fresh but nope, M&M blast had no M&Ms and didn’t realize until I got home. Took it back, they took the same one that had melted by this time and added M&Ms, and now it’s basically a shake. I’ve been a restaurant manager & chef half my life so I know when someone is puttin old tenders in with even older tenders. For one you can tell by the difference in color. Whole meal was old, toast was old and tough, didn’t put the sauce I requested, and the tots were hard as hell. I just threw it away and gave my baby my coney hot dog cuz I didn’t want him sick. Which btw the way my onion rings were old as well. PPL in fast food take pride in what you put out especially when it’s dealing with other ppls health. I worked in fast food so I get it and how stressful it is, but I never put bad food out because it was a representation of me. Don’t just put good product out when the district managers come in ♂️ This makes me want to be a mystery shopper again. So overall experience rated 1/10 Would not recommend this location

Ordered 3 items and it took over 20 minutes to receive food despite there only being 4 other cars the entire time. Order a breakfast sandwich with no bacon and got a bacon sandwich with no egg. $14 for no egg and bacon. Please find a different location for lunch, otherwise you family will be very disappointed.

I ordered 3 different milkshakes and the strawberry milkshake tasted like straight vanilla. So I politely asked if I was given vanilla instead of a strawberry milkshake. The lady taking the order replied ( I’m letting you know right now we’re going to put the same amount of strawberries in it). Rude but I left it alone. Then the car hop (Isabella) had the audacity to call me STUPID as she looked at the milkshake I returned ( which I barely had any of, but of course tried it thinking it was a strawberry milkshake). My 3 year old had a chocolate. My 7 year old niece had an Oreo that was basically vanilla as well! If you don’t want to put the ingredients in it to make it the flavor we ordered, then don’t advertise them ((only serve vanilla if that’s what you’re going to give us). Also the milkshake brought to me on the reorder had a hole punched in it so it would leak! They were so disrespectful that I just threw the milkshake away worried that something was done to my drink. I pressed the button several times and was going to ask for the manager but they would no longer answer the box call. My car hops name on receipt was Isabella! She and inside staff were so rude! I don’t see why ANYONE would want to purchase anything from Sonic on 423 in Little Elm with this kind of service. Will contact corporate as well! Would give this place a ZERO STAR or negative 5 stars if it was an option… but you have to give at least one star. Why? This business does not even deserve that! There’s over 3,000 homes in the neighborhood I reside, and plan to copy and paste this post on our Windsong community Facebook page! -5 stars!!

I am in complete shock. We have ordered from this sonic for years. When I got home I started to eat my crispy chicken sandwich and noticed a weird texture. Once I took a look at the chicken- I immediately got sick because the middle was completely RAW. I will never come back to this sonic! So disappointing

It shouldn’t take twenty minutes to get food. As a fast food manager myself I understand if something went wrong or they are understaffed but this is UNACCEPTABLE. Step the game up!!
