As a new tourist visiting the great city of Sachse I wanted to try a sonic hotdog but what I got was something different. Normally I never eat hot dogs like that but I know it’s not supposed to look like someone spilled green slushie on top and I never asked for extra reddish. Sonic has now lost a loyal and trustworthy customer and I will no longer be spending my money here. I will recommand In-N-Out tho down the street it’s amazing . And no I will not file this to your franchise owner because they don’t care about it that much and ur already sitting at 3 stars ☠️

They took my order, order never popped up on the screen waited 25 minutes while I asked them what the deal was with the order they finally brought it out and added two drinks to the order that i did not order, had to fix that put everything on top of my chili cheese tater tots without a lid. do not recomend. after all there issues they should have comped my $17 order

The last three times I have ordered through the app and have not only requested marinara dipping sauce with my mozzarella sticks but I have requested extra marinara sauce with my mozzarella sticks and every single time the last three times it has been forgotten! I’m tired of requesting something that used to just automatically get put in the bag and not getting it at all despite requesting it!! They also put way to much cherry syrup in my coke this time.
