Franchise owners…. Help your servers out by getting your touch screens calibrated or replaced so patrons can tip workers. Almost everyone uses a card these days. You get your $$, your team should be able to get tipped for a job well done. The calibration is so bad I had to play search & find all over the screen just to pay for the order.

This is a great place to go to and is well-kept in terms of maintenance and handicapped spacing and walkways as well as handicap parking and it leads you to the back and you can get to the restrooms if you are handicapped, public bathroom, shaded areas to order and eat your food in, and beautiful landscaping. They’re so friendly and nice here and it’s in a great location and they’re very fast and prompt and all of their services and methods to pay and order are up to date from a technological standpoint. All the workers are kind and patient and your meal is served in a timely manner.

I love Sonic and come here often, but I feel that I need to speak out about something on my last visit. The straws that we got with it drink appeared to be some kind of biodegradable type. They were horrible. First they have a bad texture that wasn’t pleasant to use. The worst part was that long before I was done with my drink, the part that I put in my mouth starting breaking down. It began cracking which made it even more unpleasant to use. I also had an unpleasant taste from the straws for a while. It wasn’t just my straw either as my while family experienced the same thing. I know we all want to save the environment, but find better ways to do it. Don’t mess up the actually part that we put in our mouths. Thanks.
