This is the best Sonic I’ve visited so far and I’m always at a Sonic. The customer service was REAL customer service and my food was definitely fresh and cooked how it should have been. Other Sonics would toast the toaster sandwich too much or the cheese and egg would be warm not hot. The food was fresh and I’m happy to have stopped at this location. It’s actually my first time stopping at this one. The district manager needs to recognize and reward the staff that were working 8.19.23 during the morning around 1030. Great location!

When I clicked the button it took about 10 min for them to answer me, BUT when they did they were very respectful about ordering. Once that was done I waited about 20 min for my food and yes it’s a lot of time, but when they brought my food it was very fresh and hot and the worker not only apologized for the delay as it was busy and only two of them, but also gave me 2 chips for free drinks. Amazing service other than the wait time which was understandable.

Bro y’all need to do way better. Half the screens don’t work, the ones that do, are being ignored. I’m running around and moving my car 5-7 different spots tryna get someone’s attention. Then won’t take my payment at all. Then forget part of my order. Lol it should not take 45 mins to receive food in hands. I was on my 15 min break at work. Thanks sonic.

Edited again (2022): really bad experience here today. They didn’t bring us one of the drinks we ordered, sundae had no hot fudge on it, and the pretzel didn’t have any salt on it. Also they didn’t give us the cheese sauce for the pretzel, just some kind of mustard “signature sauce”. It took ten mins to get them to answer the buzzer to get my order fixed, on top of the nearly 20 mins we had waited before to order and receive our food. They seem to be very understaffed- I only saw one car hop delivering food the entirety of my 35min stay. Also, I ended up being late to pick up my son bc of this, which was incredibly frustrating.

I went around 1:30 p.m. and It took 15 minutes before I was spoken to. After I ordered my food, five conies, it took another 15 minutes for a total of 30 minute wait. They were doing that $1 per Conie deal, and apparently they were extremely busy and low on the product item. My server was very kind and explained what was going on. Apparently each one of the conies are frozen, and they had to thaw them out. All in all i was very happy with what I actually received, though I wish I had received more warning that it was going to take a while.

I was waiting on my food (watching every working quite hard, low staff I’m guessing) and heard the lady next to me having a small issue with her sandwich. The manager immediately came out to address her concerns and quickly resolved the issue. He apparently left the lady quite happy. I asked him his name as he walked back by and he said it was Jayden. My car hop, Kierra perhaps(?), was also very upbeat and friendly. Food was as expected from a Sonic, which, in my opinion is one of the better burgers in fast food. Thanks y’all!
