Slowest service of any sonic I’ve ever been to. Always have to wait at least 5-10 minutes after your order says the carhop is on their way. Food is average but made wrong half the time. And there’s only ever one car hop. This place is a joke

The car hops work so hard to bring hot delicious food, as with any server they should be tipped, as they should 10% of the bill or better. It’s a shame people don’t. But I know I do!

They messed up the order no biggy. I brought it back and said ordered a 5pc and got a 3 and didn’t get the extra gravy. Food was cold by now but assumed they would remake the order. No she insisted on bringing me 2 chicken strips. “We can’t remake the chicken dinner” and she gave me a refund for everything so my wife ate for free. Where does this make sense? I was polite and I even said I was sorry I just wanted what I ordered. My car hop was actually amazing it was just a mixup that management could have easily fixed but chose to hold their ground for some reason over 2 chicken strips other comments are right this place is a joke.
