DISCLAIMER: I’m honored to be a Top 10 Reviewer for Google. I do my best to be fair and honest but realize your experience may differ from mine. So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. REVIEW: Got breakfast burrito combo, which was good. However, after pulling into a stall to place the order I was told I’d have to go back around the building and use their drive thru due to equipment failure, which was an inconvenience. Not the first time I’ve had an issue at Sonic. At another one of their Tulsa locations, I had my bank account compromised after using my debit card from one of their stalls and had to put alerts on my bank account, cancel my debit card, and wait three weeks to get a new one. The same security issue happened to me on three separate occasions. Will not ever use a debit or credit card there again.

The employees are very nice. But most of the time you can’t order from your car or pay (if you can order). Screens don’t work.

So many of these sonics have screens that are not working… It’s very frustrating to pull into two or three stalls and not be able to finish your order. The Sonic app seems to work really well.

This has been the worst run Sonic in Tulsa for a least 10 years. I’ve had a negative experience there probably 20 times. I had a new disappointment just tonight. They have started my day negative many times by being unable to make a sausage burrito properly. Tonight I got the wrong order. Still the worst! July 2023!

I couldn’t tell you how many times I have gone to this Sonic and they’ve messed up my order almost every time. Rude customer service and I am done with this location. Try to stay away from this location and maybe try another one or Braums around the corner. Not my favorite Sonic

Everytime I go to the sonic they never answer. I rang the buzzer was told to wait 20 min later and two people who pulled in after me and order we left because we were ignored that is the third and last time we try to get food from there. They are always super short staffed management needs to buckle up and throw in a hand to help or close it down.
