We swung into this location for a quick snack and a side of chili cheese tots to top off our dinner. The pretzel twist was perfect as were the tots. The lemonade & ice water had the perfect amount of ice & were super refreshing! My absolute favorite part of this stop was the gal at the window! The last two times I have gone to sonic, the service has been terrible and both times my order was wrong. Tonight, both drinks tasted like there was no syrup in the fountain and one was wrong. I asked for sauce that wasn’t brought out, and part of my order was missing.

Not only was the person on the headset incredibly interruptive and rude, but I ordered two ultimate meat cheese burritos that were disappointing. Three tots, a sliver of charred bacon and a few crumbles of eggs and cheese is what makes up the “Ultimate breakfast burrito”. This meal was $20 with small tots and a small orange juice. I never get this irritated with customer service because I know it’s a stressful job, but that was just… regretful.

Went to Verdigris Sonic the morning after the big storm that knocked out electrical power to so much of NE Oklahoma. Their personnel did a great job, didn’t seem to get flustered, etc. When you visit a Sonic, if possible, give your server a tip (surely you wouldn’t go to a restaurant and leave no tip ).

We went to store #5159 in Owasso, Ok on August 1, 2023. We ordered a #1 with easy mustard & small french fries & a #1 with onion rings. There was no mustard on the one, no lettuce on the other one & the onion rings were stuck together & fried in a glob!

Owasso location on 116th st N: Highly disappointed for the last time. 1) forgot my cinnasnacks- complete accident which I can forgive. 2) the sausage breakfast burrito tasted like someone poured packets of salt in it- my mouth hurt it was so salty 3) the cherry limeade- I can’t fathom that it was anything but a joke. It tasted like someone put 5x the amount of lime and flavoring.

Everytime we go to this location they never get our order right. We ordered a large Strawberry banana milk shake and literally was half a strawberry and a little piece of banana and paid almost $6 . If I wanted a vanilla shake I would have ordered one. Also why is it that most of the people that work there look unclean. Last time we will ever go there.
