Spoke with Manager Paul on this trip, he came out to check how I was enjoying my food. Great guy very personable and the food was awesome. Not much for Sonic reviews but this Sonic I frequent often and it’s always good food and nice employees. The wait is longer when it’s busy but that’s expected in my mind.

One of the very few places to stop at in Oologah. Great food for a Sonic. Disappointing how many of the drive-up menus had issues-screens, speakers or card readers out of order. But this seems to be a reoccurring theme with Sonics everywhere.

Updating my review. I used to love this Sonic. But I do not appreciate getting cold, old food. Especially when its $30 worth for a group.Nor do I like the fact that they acted like I was stupid and couldn’t possibly know the food wasn’t fresh. I came in Sunday night about 20 minutes before close. Everything I asked for like “No tomatoes in the burger” there it is. “No mustard” they put extra mustard on the kids burger. We didn’t catch any of that at the store. What I did catch was the disgusting day old tater tots. When the girl came out I asked her if we could get some fresh tater tots. I was told “well its 15 minutes before close but I’ll see what I can do.” She walks inside 2 seconds later she brings the exact same item I gave her. I call the manager out there. I was told that they were fresh but she admitted by the end she wasn’t sure when the tots were dropped in the fryer. Did not apologize, offer to replace, and walked away. I understand if you dont want to make something 15 minutes before close. You dont want to cook fine. Its not business so why do I care if your shutting down your kitchen 20 minutes before close. But don’t lie about it and send garbage out the door to your customers. At least say your fryers are down for the night and you are unable to take the order. Instead you guys ripped us off for $30 worth of food that wasn’t edible and got thrown in the trash. Disappointing to say the least.

Terrible. I made my order and when I got to the window the lady handed things to me fast. I asked how she was and she shut the window on me. Then she handed me my sprite. I tasted it cause sometimes the carbon be out of it and it was. So I tried to tell her when she handed me my food but again she shut the window in my face. So when she seen I was not pulling off she opened the window and I told her what I needed. She took my old drink harshly, shut the window. Then handed out me a new sprite. I tasted it and then pulled off. It was a terrible experience

I find it interesting that every time I rate a Sonic, I have to put stars for the atmosphere. Well, you sit in your car with your family so so I guess I am obligated to rate them 5 stars! The service was very fast and friendly with a bubbly personality, refreshing to have that. Really asked if we needed anything else.
