Went to sonic at 8pm and wanted till 8:45pm. Just to get a sonic blast and water the lady was very nice and explained that they were out of M&Ms, so we explained that we would just have a Reese blast instead. She went back inside, and we wanted 20 minutes for the blast with no one in the parking lot. I’m not one to complain about high school students working a job because I get it. Its hard sometimes. Just for the love of God take pride in your work and do the right thing. It’s not hard and would make it where you would actually get a better tip. So please get off your phones and just take some responsibility and accountability for your jobs.

For starters the girl that took my order was really rushy, then brought out wrong drinks, didn’t have all my food so I had to go back and get it, asked for extra cherries in the slushes but not 1 cherry in either of the 2 slushes asked for ranch and Marina but nope that too didn’t make it into the bag… Honestly if kids are working then don’t bother they will screw up your order.

Ordered online today and when Jaquelin came out to bring my things she brought me a regular oreo shake when I ordered a chocolate one and also it was completely watered down so when I asked her to bring me what I ordered this is what I got. and then she proceeded to run off and talk to someone in a car ma’am do your job right or don’t do it at all.

We ordered at 3:00 and prepaid. We ordered 2 large drinks (a tea and a coke) at 3:20 we they told us that our drinks were headed out (only because we buzzed and asked them) . At 3:29 we left because it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to make 2 large drinks. The drive thru served about 15 cars while we waited.
