We had 2 burgers and a Super Sonic Burrito. The burgers were good, but the burrito was far from “super.” The eggs were old and obviously reheated, they did not put tots on it, all of the jalapeño were in the bottom bite (luckily, I opened it to add picante sauce), and it was very small. At least they got the no sausage part right. The drinks were correct and they made the food properly, just disappointed in the burrito. You can do better. Be better.

I’ve been a Sonic customer for years. Today experience was to bad I have to leave a review. I can’t believe they allowed to serve that hot dog to customer, please take a look at the pictures and compare the two hot dogs. One of them is dried, hard, wrinkles, and changed color. This isn’t food safety! I love strawberry limeade! Well today I received a bitter drink with barely any strawberry in it. Disappointment as its best!

If I could give zero stars I would! Yesterday, my daughter and I came here for milkshakes. I got a strawberry cheesecake shake and she got a strawberry milkshake. After a few sips I noticed that the smell was off and smelt similar to spoiled milk (smelt like throw up). By the time I had actually realized that we were given spoiled milkshakes my daughter had drank most of hers.

I have no confidence in this Sonic now, I think management should pass a the rule for the immature teenagers to stay off their cell phones during working hours!!! Don’t get me wrong the food is great only if your not in one big hurry sometimes. They get orders wrong and then it’s a back and forth bringing out your order. Sonic most valuable resource is their own employees. At one time this was the very best Sonic around because of the service you received.

I usually get the Oreo blast well they lied all I get is just the vanilla ice cream with no Oreos they said we put it in there and I said I wouldn’t be complaining if there actually was to make story short they said they can add Oreos for an extra cost. Are you kidding me I paid for an Oreo blast not vanilla ice cream I end up requesting an manager he said they willing to remake it just to wind up the same again I sent in another compliant I paid for an Oreo blast there’s literally no blast of Oreos the name is very deceiving. This happens every time I visit thus I stop coming here all together it’s just a waste of money in my opinion I get my ice cream else where if I want something to eat I don’t come here
