On my lunch I stopped by to pick up lunch and disgustingly after eating most to all my food. I found a long dark hair in my food under the toast. Which is so nasty. I feel sick to my stomach and I most definitely will not be returning to this sonic. Which sucks since it’s so close to home and work. I’m really not happy and I hope this matter gets fixed as soon as possible please.

Worst chicken sandwich ever. Burnt and falling apart. Inedible. My drink was nothing but a cup of ice with literally 2 swallows of liquid. Scam people on drinks much? Milkshake was basically a cup of ice cream. I’m beyond pissed and would have gone inside and demanded a refund if I hadn’t been on a schedule. Don’t get anything here more that a simple hot dog or your getting ripped off

I came and ordered 2 drinks and an order of cinnasnacks and the staff was so rude taking my order. When she came on the Intercom rudely, I asked her how her evening was and I didn’t get a pleasant response…. I tried to change the subject and just order my 2 drinks and my cinnasnacks and Had said Thank you so much & that I appreciate her. No response back whatsoever. I haven’t gotten my 3 items I had ordered just yet. I am still in the stall waiting for my drinks and snack. Hoping and praying that my Order is good!!!

I came in on 12/5/22 and ordered 2 chicken baskets. After I ordered the car hop came out and said they were out of gravy and asked if another sauce would work. I let her know she could put ranch in both. I received my food and made it home and this is what I received. The chicken strips wouldnt be big enough for my 10 year old nephew. On top of I’m guessing they scrapped the sides of the the gravy bowl and served it to us……no ranch. I called and spoke to the manager who assured me they were out of gravy. I completely waisted my time and money…unacceptable!

At least a 50 minute wait for fast food plenty of employees inside and not coming out very frequently at all . I seen a couple do absolutely nothing at all during the whole wait. If I hadn’t paid I would have left after 15 minutes. Had to press button after 45 minutes to see if they forgot about me

I went to this Sonic today and placed an order. I repeated the order and they confirmed it. I payed and waited patiently for the order. Silly me, I didn’t check the order before pulling out….I turned around to go back to get what was missing from my order. I sat and waited 15 minutes for the missing item. Then they wanted me to pay for it. I explained I wouldn’t pay for anything else as now my other food was cold. You think I would have checked the bag….got home and it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I’ll admit, partly my fault but this is SERIOUSLY THE WORST SONIC EVER!!!!
