I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. The chicken strips I recieved were the size of my pinky and middle finger. I’ve honestly never seen chicken strips that small. It’s clear they knew they weren’t giving me correct portions because they overloaded my box with tator tots that were smothered in grease, inside and out. My onion rings (2) were about the size of half dollars. I also recieved no gravy with was horribly disappointing. The only thing good about my meal was the bread and drink. I will never go here again.

I have ordered there twice and both experiences was horrible I use to love their chicken sandwiches and both times I’ve came to get one at this particular sonics. It has been horrible. The lettuce is old and brown and their fries are never fresh. I Will never go to this sonics again who’s wants to eat old lettuce better yet they shouldn’t have put it on my sandwich. They should’ve just told me they were out. And what you see is what I got 4 to 5 small pieces of old lettuces

We tried to order a diet cherry limeade 3 different times and they ended up bringing out a cherry sprite. All we ordered was drinks (not during happy hour), and it took 7 or 8 minutes….not fast food. AND, one of our drinks was a sweet tea. By the time it got out, all of the ice had melted, so there was no ice in my $2 small sweet tea. Ice is, literally, the only reason I go to Sonic. Well, I will not be going back to this one.

Almost every recent visit to this location has resulted in our order being made incorrectly or the food provided not being the quality it used to be (seems like maybe it sits a while before being served instead of fresh). Attached is a photo of a sausage burrito we recently ordered. They did make it right when reported but shows the typical quality any more.

Havent been in a year because it tasted nasty.. Wife and I got some today and it was still nasty.. The meat does not taste like meat anymore. I couldn’t even finish half of the supersonic and she got a burger that she didn’t finish either! Since 2021 it has gone down hill bad. Will probably be a couple years this time before we go back!
