This place is usually pretty good but today I ordered chicken poppers and they were dark brown as heck. I understand it’s lunch hour and things can get crazy, but can we get some clean grease for our food? There goes ten bucks on food that is currently located in my trash can lol.

I used the app to place my order. It showed the process until it left the screen and showed no order the app but showed my order in previous orders. I logged into my card and seen the charge was pending. I pushed the red button took forever to get a response. They said the printer was not working. Gave them my name and she said my order would be out soon. What I was so upset about was 2 other cars one on each side that came way after me was helped nicely. Needless to see I put my tip back in my purse maybe next time. Also that location doesn’t have fresh banana I tried ordering the banana shack before and was told they don’t have fresh banana. Yet it’s still on the menu.

Don’t go to this sonic they will probably reuse food messed up my order and when I came back the girl took my bag back in.. I’ve been in food service ice over 15 years that is a Big NOoooo! Just as a professional curiosity next time let the customer keep the bag it makes me think they will re use the product and that’s just fu king gross

Second time I’ve been turned away because they are too busy… what? They were “so backed up that they couldn’t take my order”. I explained that I just needed 2 small slushes and they wouldn’t answer me again….never been hung up on at a sonic let alone the same one twice. Wild.
