I’m livid! I’m constantly having issues with this sonic. I always ask for whipped cream with a blast and about half of the time I get it. This time, I get a blast that is leaking and ask for a napkin, seems obvious to me not to bring it to me looking like this and how long did it take to get to me (See picture)!? Then I call and say I needed whipped cream, she says, “it’s not free with the blast”, I say, “fine, how much and I want it”, my first clue was it took her a minute to figure out how much (this is because they charged me for a “pup cup”, I’m not a dog)! Then it takes 15 minutes to bring it out. My blast is even more melted now (see picture)!

I was in one of your stalls that had a severely damaged order screen and I pulled in fine but backing out even after I thought I had enough room, I damaged the front end of my car! Didn’t notice until I got home because I thought I had corrected my position enough to get out without scratching or denting front fender. Guess not!!! Please fix it before someone else damages their vehicle.

Well I hate I had to drop my rating for this Sonic. But, Sunday morning I ordered from the online app arrived about 7 minutes later. I had ordered the Sonic sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwich it is approximately 8:00 in the morning. When I arrived only one other vehicle was there waiting. Shortly after the other vehicles order was brought out and I was left as the only vehicle in the parking stalls. Approximately 8-10 minutes later the car hop delivered my order, on her note she was very pleasant and had a great smile. I always leave a tip through the app, and thanked her for bringing my food order. I left as I was in a hurry to get to my location. While on the highway I opened the bag, bring out the breakfast sandwich and immediately noticed the sandwich was barley warm. No problem I thought, I unwrapped the sandwich to find the bread was so old and hard it was not edible. So I take the top bread layer off to discover there is no cheese. I ended up eating just the sausage and egg. I hope they do better in the future, I stop at this location often and would hate to go across the street to McDonalds.

I’ve been having multiple issues at this sonic from not getting my food right or having to wait 20 mins for my food, and even having cold food. But tonight I came and just got 2 sweet teas and they were not mixed right. Got a mouth full of sugar, and sadly it wasn’t even sweet since it tasted like they just through some sugar in there and called it good without mixing it. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I will not be coming back to this one anymore. A waste of my money

A simple well I thought it would of been simple… #5 BLT meal that took a total of 33 minutes to get the order to my truck with less then 3 cars and @ least 3 employees! (The drink was wrong and the $4 sandwich had a crumble of bacon on it) though they did replace the items slowly efficiency is not something this location puts as a priority

So I decided to try this location again. Big mistake. Sunday morning bout 9:15 there are no cars. Wife and I ordered #19 sausage and one bacon. They come out and are hard as rocks. We immediately call to send back. The young girl comes back after taking them back,apologizes and I kid you not says” I’m sorry those were from last night, we are out of croissants My wife and I were so caught off guard. We will definitely not be back to this one. The owner should be embarrassed!

service was slow when there was only a total of 3 cars waiting on orders. the food was not fresh and only slightly warm. call me crazy but I expect my food that costs a fortune to be fresh and hot. again the employee looked miserable. she didn’t say hi or smile just started handing over food and drinks and asked if we wanted a receipt, which we did. she handed it over and walked away.
