What are the correct hours? Woke up early and went to grab breakfast for my family. Ours says it opens at 6 yet no one was there. Hours very much needed updating to show correct service hours.

The only reason I gave this place a single star is because the employee working the register was very sweet. She ensured my order was taken properly and was in the system correctly. When I received my food it had been sitting out for the last 40 minutes I learned this from the car hop as she apologized on repeat for the kitchens mistake. She informed me that they hadn’t cooked for the last 40 minutes and it had been under a heater because they were cleaning. This establishment closes at 11 yet at 10:30 they shut the lights out on us and told us they were closing IE trying to leave early. When I went and asked for a refund or for my food to be made over for me at 10:20 I was told I could speak with the district manager as she was working tonight. She told me she cooked those corn dogs herself and pulled them out of the fryer right before they were brought to me you could definitely tell the corn dog had been there for a while it was Rubbery and cold to the touch. When I asked for them to be remade they came out burnt because she has no respect for her customers. If this is the district manager I will not be stopping into any Sonic through Arkansas again. Sonic can think your blond rude of a district manager. Who worked tonight in Mansfield. Look at the pictures I posted would you really want to eat food that she had made?

Ordered grilled chicken sandwich. The 1st bun that came out with sandwich was burnt. First bite was horrible. The young lady came out after I explained my food was burnt and agreed to replace bun. The 2nd bun is what I received, much better. Ordered breakfast crosonic with bacon + sausage, paid extra 1.09 for extra meat, roll was burnt, sausage was missing and egg was so hard and overdone was texture of cardboard. Staff did NOTHING to rectify, didn’t even offer an apology. We are the only car there at time of our order at 9:30 am.

If I could give zero stars I would, will NEVER return to the Mansfield location. Had to go to different stalls over 20 minutes to get someone to take my order – despite them being not that busy -and then had the nerve to cut me off while placing my order asking me to “hold on”. They never get any orders correct, the place is dirty, and apparently even though over the years the general consensus is this location SUCKS it’s still being ran by idiots.

Save your time and effort and either eat somewhere else in town or go to the Sonic in Greenwood. I’m sorry, but it is not difficult to run a halfway decent fast food restaurant and this location cannot seem to ever get anything right. The food is either made wrong or just old, the place is usually nasty and I rarely have ever dealt with a competent employee here.
