Something seems to be missing or inflation is a lot higher than expected in Alma, Ar. I guess all the onion piled high on one end is to offset the lack of bread on the other? To make it worse, I had to wait on this because they forgot to include it with the rest of my order. So in short, i waited twice as long for half as much, very disappointed.

I ordered a banana shake with extra banana. They did not put any of the fresh banana they advertise in the shake. They used banana syrup and still upcharged me for the extra banana they didn’t use. I was offered a free cheeseburger with purchase by customer service, but they have not added that to my account. It’s been three days and still no further response by email…

Great service, I should be put in the corner in time out for laughing because I wasn’t able to hold my composer because my last name was heard wrong and we get that alot. The app refused to let me check in for some reason and the employee had issues locating my name but thankfully she found my purchase. I was in no way laughing at the employee in any means. I couldn’t help laughing of mistaken of the last name of Snakes . It reminded me of the time I had gone to church with my parents and the had a thing where you go and eat lunch in their gym and right over the desserts it had temptation on the wall. So that’s the reason my humor box turned over.

Terrible customer service. The girl taking my order got frustrated because I asked her to make sure I got a large order of something, as the screen showed a medium. She immediately cut my order off and gave me my total. I wasn’t even done ordering. After 5 minutes I finally got her back on and she rudely said she didn’t know I wanted more stuff, took part of my remaining order, and quickly cut me off, gave me my total, and moved on. Yet again, STILL wasn’t done ordering. I guess half of us are having sonic, the other half mcdonalds.

Ordered a zero sugar cherry limeade . Car hop arrived with my drink and stated “oh I bet you get this cause you’re diabetic.” Couldn’t believe it so I asked “what was that?” And they repeated it word for word.
