We had ordered online and a girl (who seemed annoyed and rolled her eyes as she walked away) brought two different orders to us before we received our order after waiting for 20 minutes. When we did receive our order, two of the items we ordered we didn’t receive. Thus begins the process of recalling in, and then they told us one of the items we ordered they were out of, but they didn’t say anything about that until we called in. We then called in and waiting ANOTHER 20 + minutes for a medium order of mozzarella sticks and a medium order of cheese fries…They were, from what we could tell, understaffed, as we could only see 2 girls working. For reference, we got there at 7:10, and we are still waiting at 7:52. Ridiculous. She did just ring in at 7:54 to tell us that she was also out of mozzarella sticks and she did refund us for our whole meal, so there’s that. We didn’t end up leaving until 8:06… Back to that refund process, we gave the girl our receipt and she said she would refund us for our whole order. This girl comes back, after we waited and waited, with a different receipt than we gave her and $7 short. We were both so angry we just had to leave before saying something unChristian. 7:11 – 8:07. I’m fuming. We got refunded the $14.43, not the whole order, like she said she was going to do.

Third time we’ve tried going for ice cream and they make us wait and then don’t tell us the machines don’t work for 15+ minutes after check in. The first time was during happy hour and they made me wait 30 minutes before coming out to tell me they were out, 2nd time they were courteous enough to remake a new drink and the last time tonight, they waited to come out to tell us and offered to just refund us instead of offering a different drink entirely. Got asked if we wanted cash or card and then never came back…

Their food was decent but the biggest concern for me was watching two employees dump and then break multiple mercury filled fluorescent bulbs into a dumpster outside of their job.

I had LITERALLY the beast sausage, egg and cheese burrito here today. Like literally the best! First off it was HOT, secondly they literally cooked the egg on to the tortilla, then evenly spread the cheese, and added soo much sausage. First time in ordering sonic burritos I didn’t have a bite of just tortilla, or too much either: egg, cheese. Or sausage, in a bite.

Worst service and sonic I’ve ever been to. The person taking orders was rude and added an extra item to our order which I had to point out. We waited 20 mins and our order never came so I hit the button to ask and tell her the order wasn’t on the screen anymore, she said “well that happens sometimes” and immediately hung up. After another 10 mins I asked for a refund and our order was miraculously ready, I still asked for the refund and left. I went across town to another sonic and was treated with respect and great service. I will never visit this sonic location again.

I ordered ahead on the app 5 minutes before I arrived. I had to sit and wait an additional 20 minutes for them to bring me some of my order. I got my drink and ched-r-bites, which ended up being half fries. They did not bring my strawberry shortcake slush and the lady just said we are out of ice cream and ran off. I had to ask for my refund and had to call on the intercom multiple times, before she said she would bring the refund. I waited another twenty minutes and she brought out $2 for an item I paid $2.99 for and she kept her tip on top of it all. They then just closed and all the employees took off.

Ordered via app. Took 35 minutes to get 4 ice waters. I hit the button several times over 15 minutes and never got an answer. I only got a response because I got the attention of a car hop after she delivered another person’s order.

Ordered 5pc chicken strips, finally get the order my total on screen was $9.90 when the carhop came she charged me $11.60. when I buzzed back in to get my change they acted like it was a big inconvenience to them. Then I checked my chicken strips and I had four in there the size of 1/2 a strip. It’s been 10 minutes and I’m still waiting. Every time I give Sonic another chance they always prove their not worth spending my money here.

It took almost 5 mins. Before anyone answered. Then it took 10 mins. before we got our 2 drinks. That’s all I ordered one water and one grape slush. The server was very apologetic.

Went there took 20 minutes to get my food. The lady had to go back and get a drink that was forgotten. Get home and my meal is all wrong when I specifically checked on the intercom if it was correct.
