Paying same cost as a sit down menu waitress restaurant to sit in your car was my first thought on arrival. 15 dollars a person for very average burger, fries shake combo seemed ridiculous, one Rt 44 4.89 ?? Food was terrible sloppy greasy mess, fries floppy and soft drink was all ice. Will never try a sonic again don’t recommend them to anyone

Well, just got done ordering and making it back to work and am disappointed big time! I ordered a small cheese tot and it didn’t come with hardly any cheese. And I ordered a large dr pepper and it taste like a cherry coke?! The cheese tots is most disappointing. I will not be returning!

I ordered mozzarella sticks which came with one ranch. I asked if I can have another ranch for my 8 piece. The drive thru girl said they can’t because they are on a ranch shortage. I understood that so I asked if I could pay for another ranch. The girl went to ask her manager if that’s okay. She comes back saying the manager said no. I mean I was going to pay for it at the end giving them some profit even if it’s a couple cents. I don’t think that was a right approach. Disappointed on customer service from the manager.
