I ordered just fine in the drive thru. My order was exactly as it should be. However, they didn’t take my payment. I had tried to hand my card over before they gave me the food but they just shoved the food at me and then closed the window. I waited 5 minutes at the window for someone to take my payment. I even went back around to the drive thru speaker. I was told “I can’t hear you.” Then, I was ignored again. I did my due diligence to pay properly and they made it impossibly difficult. In the end, my meal was free.

Well the food is good but lately been disappointed with little things. I always leave a few dollars for a tip. All they do is bring my order from kitchen to car. I tip because I know they are earning a paycheck, but last few times, no one seems to make sure any condiments are in your bag. For example, no syrup for French toast, no marinara sauce for mozzarella sticks. Sometimes you don’t even get napkins or a straw. Yesterday, ordered 2 sweet teas and they were unsweet. And don’t even choose to have extra condiments on the app. You don’t get what comes with it, much less any extra. Maybe tipping is not needed anymore if they aren’t going to read what you ordered and pay attention to adding small things like a straw when bringing out your order.
