Where do I start, this has got to be the worst sonic I’ve been to hands down. I’m in the area for work and I said maybe it was just a bad day, the first couple times. However, the last 2 days has convinced me never to return again. Last night I went for a Route44 sweet tea and I literally was the only car in the entire place. It took 17 minutes to get one drink. Then I go there today and order a Sweet tea and a double Cheeseburger. I get home and this burger had enough Mayonnaise and mustard for 15 Hamburgers and I’m not even playing. I couldn’t even finish it, it was f-n ridiculous. I will upload a picture with this review and you can see for yourself…Totally disappointed and gonna have to find a new place for Sweet tea!…if you visit just know you were Warned…

Only 2 or 3 working stalls. Always under staffed. I went on my lunch break. I ordered a combo with cheddar peppers. Instead of telling me they were out, they only gave me my burger and drink. I pushed the button (one of few that work) to inquire about the missing side. I was told they were out of them and that’s why they weren’t in my bag, then told to have a good day. I pushed the button again to ask for a substitution. Nasty attitude from every person I dealt with. Seems to me the manager is more worried about his fancy mustang over the upkeep of his restaurant or giving pay increases to the employees who are at work EVERY day with 1 to no days off. Where’s the incentive to work?

Medium size popcorn chicken. The box wasn’t even full. I’ve tried repeatedly to give this location a “do-over” but I’m not happy with my order each time I go. What is different about this location that makes it hard for them to compete with other wonderful locations like Atkins and Perryville?

So, the customer service was great but the food was terrible and definitely not worth the money. The master shake tasted good at first until you get to the after taste, which tasted absolutely terrible. The tots were even worse because it tasted as if they fried it in old grease. The burger wasn’t bad but the got our order wrong.

Visited Morrilton Ar sonic on June 8th..ordered two combo full burger meal and the burger had half a meat patty it was plan to see it was cut in half and put on one side of the bun. Whole bun the fries were unbeatable and the tots were horrible one whole tor the other tots were all crumbled up and at least left from hours before…the dr pepper was nasty as well…..I have never had such a horrible experience at any sonic. Had some bad but never this horrible. Was very upset and not happy at all. Lot of the stalls are out of order as well seems to me they need attention from corporate

I ordered the jumbo buffalo popcorn chicken tots with cheese and a sprite with strawbarry in it. Popcorn chicken was all small hard piece like chewing rocks. No cheese on tots and reg sprite. Waited in line for 10 mins. Call the store 6 times with no answer
