Half of the order boards are broken and I was at one that appeared to work. I got to the part asking about a tip and the tip keypad was not visible. I didn’t want to not leave a tip, so I hit the screen where I thought the option for $2.00 would be. It charged a $20 tip on a $4 order and timed out. When I pressed the button to ask for help, they said the only thing they could do was bring out a refund. They never gave me my refund.

Ever since it was shut down for a month or so, the food has tasted noticeably cleaner. Service has been quicker as well, which is impressive given how crowded it is at times. I’ve had it only a few times where my food was forgotten and I had to remind them, but I’ve never been a big hurry kind of person. Others would for sure, but not me.

Had no onion rings. Got fries that the oil was very old and were very dark. Ordered hamburger with mayo onions lettuce. Got cheeseburger with lettuce mayo and mustard. Sent it back for hamburger with old lettuce mayo and mustard. Will not be back again. No wonder they closed their doors once already

Parking was overly tight. My order was wrong. I hot rings not tots. My wife’s order of strips and rings came with over cooked strips and a single ring. Yes, just one. My shake was so thick a spoon would have been nice. It was good. However, the ice cream running down the sides of the cup made it messy.

It would sure be nice if they could actually read the orders correctly. We always check that my order is correct on the app and on the physical receipt that we get with our food and my order is still incorrect half the time. The food is good when they give me what I ordered.
