Have a bit of mixed feelings about my visit, but I decided to try and be positive. Took 3 attempts to order as the person taking my order said she couldn’t hear me and turned off the speaker twice. About 5 minutes after the screen said my order was on it’s way went off, my food was finally delivered. The car hop looked annoyed to wait on me (keep in mind it’s my first time at this Sonic). I was not given any ketchup or offered any for my tater tots. And I did not get my ranch for the Mozzarella sticks that they asked if I would like while taking my order. Basically about the experience you get from 7th St McDonald’s in Texarkana. I’ll prolly never go again. At least if I go home and eat cereal, I’ll get a better service.

Not really a complaint against this particular Sonic, but the food has become terrible! I ordered a 5 piece tender meal & it was barely enough chicken to feed a newborn. It couldn’t have been more than a half of breast cut up & breaded to the max! Once again this is an indictment against the corporation/ franchise Sonic not the one in Stamps.

We go to this Sonic all the time. One day, my friend and I went here to get milkshakes for ourselves, her brother, and my fiance. We got the milkshakes and my friend and I took a sip of ours. We instantly looked at each other with disgusts on both of our faces. The milkshakes tasted like spoiled milk. I had paid $16 for spoiled tasting milkshakes, so I asked for someone to come out and talk with me. A girl game out (who was the nicest and coolest person ever) and offered to make a milkshake without 50/50 water and milkshake (she claims that the water makes it tastes spoiled). So when we got the milkshake that was fully milkshake and no water, it still tasted spoiled. The girl apologized, was so professional, and gave me a full refund with the nicest attitude. That’s the only reason I’m giving them 3 stars because the girl deserves a 5 star review to be honest!
