2-13-23 @4:30PM Worst service I’ve ever gotten at a fast food restaurant. Arrived at 4:30pm and left at 5:15pm after finally getting my cold food and melted ice cream. It took forever and they weren’t even busy. This place has gone downhill. It didn’t used to be this bad. I ordered 2 orders of cheese sticks with extra marinara and a chili frito taco and 3 milkshakes. It took 40 minutes to get my order. Of course they forgot to bring the extra marinara and when I asked for it, they brought me 2 busted and dirty sauces almost as if they were discriminating against me. It was disgusting I was so frustrated I didn’t even want it anymore. There is a number on the receipt to compliment or complain and of course no one answers and you can’t leave a voice-mail because it is apparently full. I can see why it’s full with service like I received. I will never again go to this sonic and I will highly recommend to everyone I know to not go here either. Do better Sonic on 28 east!!!

Not impressed. Had breakfast from here this morning. Didn’t eat until I made it home. Food wasn’t warm, cheese wasn’t melted. I don’t think I should have to go home and microwave my food for it to be decent. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Honestly…wouldn’t recommend.
