This is the worst Sonic location. I HATE coming here. But my loved ones like the treats. The blasts are never blended properly. The candy is always just sitting on top. And sometimes you don’t even get a true (small/medium/large) of whatever blast you order. It’s not full to the top with ice cream.

I was waiting in the drive thru for 8 mins with not even hello or I’ll be right with you. I understand you get busy but reassuring and greeting the customer is important. I left with nothing. The worker even watched me and went outside behind the gate and went to “smoke” . Very disappointed

This is the worst Sonic in Alexandria. I ordered lunch on the app at 12:33 pm central I checked in at approximately 12:40. At 1:00pm I asked an employee about my order being 30 minutes late. 10minutes later someone else brings my food no longer fresh and says the computer got hung up. They weren’t able to provide a copy of my receipt but the manager is trying to correct the problem. I will not be going back again

I ordered two bags of ice. I paid with cash and was owed change. The lady at the window said she didn’t have coins for change. I was handed two straws and two cups of ice. I said I ordered bags not cups. After over paying because they didn’t have coins, she ask me for .18 cents. I said all I have is a dollar and she stuck her hand out and said ” I’s don’t have coins. I cost me $10.00 for two bags of ice. You could say it was my fault for going along with their stupidity, but I really needed the ice for an emergency and I was in a hurry. Never again!!!!!!!

Stopped in today and grabbed some corn dogs and chicken tenders. Usually sonic has the best corn dogs around but not today. They wasn’t crispy, seemed microwaved which I’ve never gotten from a sonic anywhere before. Chicken tenders was fresh though and very good.
