Food is usually good. I love the shakes. This last time I stopped by & they made my food in about 7 mins. When I got home, 2 mins away, I took my food out just to find that it was cold. I had to put my food in the microwave since it wasn’t even hot enough to melt the cheese.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SICK! we bought three route 44 slushs and one of our drinks were a regular cherry limeade (NOT A SLUSH) my mom told the lady that it wasn’t a slush the woman said “yes it is” with an attitude my mom shook it to make sure and it was a normal drink my mom also asked for a extra lime and the woman had to bring out another one in a cup and I looked like the lime was already in a drink because it was red. Also me my Mom and my sister got drinks and now all of our stomachs hurt. The woman also had a bad attitude so we think she did something to our drinks.

I will never go back to this location. Worst Sonic EVER!! Messed our order up and the manager (or so he said) tried to charge us twice when they had already overcharged us. I don’t know what he was on but I don’t think he even knew what day it was. Will not go back!!!

C A R B O N A T E D. WATER, how hard is it to get that right? What’s more important is how is it that each time that I have asked just to double check before I drive off if it is what I’ve ordered, you guys confirm it, just for me to get home and find out that it is regular water that I am paid full soda price for. So now each time that I order CARBONATED WATER, I am going to have to sip it before driving off, or just don’t which is what I will do. I just won’t order it anymore, ughhhh! So disappointed.

They never disappoint when it comes to freshness. NEVER. I purchased two orders of the new Cheesesteak and this is what I received. There is ABSOLUTELY no one in that place, there’s one woman taking all orders sending them out, There’s one cook up there. 2 people running this place by themselves. . The food was cold like it had been sitting there All day, the bread to my burgers were so hard like they had been passed through a few times, the pickles on my burger tasted like peppers and the chips to my wrapp were stale and hard. The poor woman who brought me my food looked so stressed out that it actually stressed me out! Worst experience ever.!
