This sonic is completely horrible. Pulled up ordered my food and a truck pulled up on my right and there food came out quick so I waited and waited 2 other vehicles pulled up and got there food. So I stopped a young lady and was still nice after roughly 20 mins she said im going to check on it right now another 10 minutes go by still no food so I hit the button and noone picks up for 5 minutes so I called the store and spoke to a manager maybe 19 or 20 years old and she tells me I left stall 17 and I said no ma’am I have been here since I ordered so she basically called me a liar so I asked her to just bring me my food so I can leave another 5 mins go by no food so I left. The manager calls me back and tells me she was bringing me my food and that it has been sitting under the warmer for 15-20 minutes so I told her they can keep the food. By far the worst service ever, I will never stop at the Prairieville sonic again.

Cami the car hop was completely rude didn’t introduce herself, read our order back to us and it was just a shake and an ice! if i could give this sonic 0 stars, i would. i’ve been here multiple times and everytime i’ve had to wait over 45 minutes for a mobile app order. this specific time, i even pressed the button to make sure they didn’t lose my order after 30 minutes and they completely ignored me. i’ve worked at sonic and there is absolutely no reason for the service to be this bad. the food isn’t even good by the time it finally gets to you. this is ridiculous!

Went after not having gone for a while to see if it’s gotten any better. Worst experience so far. The stall kept breaking up speech coming from the person taking my order so there was understably some errors in the order and when I did get my food and opened it at home it was cold. Could tell it was cold from the time it was made since I only live 2 minutes from this location and the cheese wasn’t even melted onto the patty meat which indicated it wasn’t due to the time it took to get home. We ended up throwing the food away since it was unpleasant to bite into cold meat.

I pre-ordered through the app. I arrived a few minutes late, but my order still wasn’t in the kitchen. There were only a few other vehicles at the restaurant, so they weren’t busy. I took almost 10 minutes for my order to come out to the truck after the system told me my order was on the way. Five other orders went out before I was brought my food. I think someone is faking the times here.
