The food has always been very good and the employees are usually really friendly. The orders are done pretty quickly most of the time. Except for on days or weekends where there are games going on across the street at the highschool, and on holidays in the evenings. I have had to sit there for hours sometimes just waiting to place my order.

Absolutely trash, takes at LEAST 45 minutes to get my food AFTER ordering the couple of times I have came to this location. Stay away from this Sonic. Definitely not worth it. The workers just walk around the inside laughing and goofing around while you wait all day on your food. Not to mention how rude and stuck up they are when you finally get your cold burger.

Customer service is extremely slow and I could hear the workers talking badly about other people from outside the drive through window. It took me 30 minutes to get my order AFTER ordering and it was only a coke, shake, a soft pretzel twist, and a popcorn chicken. Terrible with time and terrible with actually getting work done instead of talking badly about others. It was as if out of the many workers there, only one was working. It took 15 minutes to event be able to order even though I was sitting at the speaker. So 45 minutes wasted on poorly put together food.

Takes forever, workers don’t care. If you got all day for a lunch drive thru—- this is the place for you. I would give a 0 if possible. Don’t waste time coming here , glaciers move faster. Who’s in charge. ? A total waste of time again. Unacceptable. Never again !

I truly wish that I could give this place a negative 5 stars . The service, what am I talking about? What service? I meant to say the lack of service is UNREAL . We waited FAR TOO long and was never acknowledged even while being in the drive thru . So many customers got tired of waiting and just left including myself. I will make it a point going forward to never return to this particular location

I went through the drive thru and the young lady took my order which was 1 cheesecake shake.I pulled to the window after 2 vehicles that were before me.I sit at the window for about 1-2 and half minutes it could have been a little longer,so she opened the window and told me the price and I said I wanted a cup of ice and a cup of water,the price went up more than I wanted to pay so I said cancel the ice and water,so she closed the window and I sat there patiently waiting another few minutes for 1 shake and while I was waiting I dug up enough change to get the water and ice.When she finally opened the window to give me my shake,I said I would like to go ahead and get the water and a cup of ice she said I have too many orders I can’t do that.Mind you I patiently waited at the window and i was humble and very polite.I pulled off when she said this but as I a 62 year old drove on the bellview it did not sit well in my spirit.So I drove back to sonic,not to talk to the young lady but to the manager.I told him about it and I started crying because I felt disrespected and I said to him she has parents and grand parents and would not wanted them treated like that and he said he would talk to her and he gave me the cup of ice.It was hot that day too.Why do we have to call other numbers to complain?What are the reviews for?There is bad service at this location and you should tell the owner to check into it.
