Teenagers in the evening don’t give a care on taking your order. Waited 15 minutes for them to take our order and there was one to two other cars waiting, not busy at all. Absolutely ridiculous. The teens were on their phones the entire time while we were waiting for our order to be taken. Moss bluff sonic is better.

They didn’t get my order correct. When the customer says, “no lettuce, no tomatoes,and no onions”. They mean just that. I ordered the $3.99 special. With it being as hot as it is, can you waver the price of a small cup of ice. Not the best service in Westlake, Louisiana. Sulphur, Louisiana service is better.

This is the second time this has happened, 2 weeks apart. Sat at the ordering screen for about 10-15 minutes, pressed the button 4 times, and literally no one showed up. Some people showed up after we showed up, and got their food before us. 0/10 lol. Sonic in westlake has a bad reputation, and I continue to see why.
