This is the second time I have gotten a shake with no real banana in it as advertised. The first was a banana shake with what I can only describe as tasting like banana pudding out of a box. The second was a chocolate shake that was supposed to have real banana fruit added but had the same fake banana flavor.

Sunday June 12, 2022, I visited Sonic on HWY 14 where I purchased the supreme sonic burrito meal before work. I bit into the burrito something did not taste right I look at my food and this what was inside(a whole fly ). I occasionally visit this sonic in that it’s convenient & close to my job; for breakfast & lunch. However, this caused me to become instantly sick to my stomach the entire work day(8hrs). I am BEYOND DISGUSTED AND ANGRY. I will NEVER eat here again not even for a drink!! I will not tread lightly on this matter. Actions need to be made on behalf of the restaurant’s behalf so that no one else encounters this same situation if not worse. This is beyond DISGUSTING and UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Usually this location is on point with food and service but today a clear hot Saturday mid morning in August, this is what a #9 chicken slinger combo was giving. At this point it isn’t even chicken it’s more like cardboard. I don’t understand why the workers who put the sandwich together don’t have enough integrity to say, “I’m not gonna serve this”.. of course I didn’t drive ALL the way back to get a refund or another sandwich because that’s my own energy and time wasted.. anyway. This place is a joke! Ordered a kids mini Sonic Blast with M&Ms and a Large Vanilla Coke. Waited 15 minutes before deciding to leave (wait would’ve been longer). There were 2 other vehicles in addition to myself. One left. The screen also wasn’t set up for me to be able to pay. I left after waiting and waiting for ice cream and a drink. Drove across town to the Sonic on Prien Lake Road and placed and got my order in less time than I waited at this location. Go elsewhere!

This is the worst sonic I’ve been to so far and I usually love eating there. We had ordered a few things online and checked in. It took more than thirty minutes just for our order to go through after speaking with an employee. Then it took another 20 or so minutes for it to finally come out to us after we had spoken with a second employee. Some of the food was burnt and our orders weren’t correct. I would’ve expected better especially since this sonic wasn’t busy. They had maybe four customers at a time and it took almost an hour for us to finally get our order. I will probably never eat here again. Do better sonic.
