I ordered a mango slush and 5 tenders with honey mustard, I paid 12 including tip and got home to a small order of mozzarella sticks instead so I decided to drive back to the sonic and let them know. Well when I told her she brought them out and got my bag of mozzarella sticks which the least she could have done is told to me to keep them since I had to drive back from their mistake, well I got home and realize that it’s marinara inside the bag and 4 very small tenders instead of the 5 I paid for, they were pretty small too cuz it was a tiny bag. So after they give me the wrong order then they give me a smaller order with the wrong sauce so I had to get my someone to go the store and get a bottle of honey mustard. At that point I didn’t wanna drive back for the third time for my extra tender and the right sauce but I’ve been going to sonic for years and never had an issue before until this.

I usually have a great experience at Sonic but not tonight. I got me a hot fudge sundae and it’s like they stuck it in the freezer because the hot fudge was so hard I couldn’t scrap it off the side of the cup with the spoon. Waste of money.
