After waiting for 20 minutes we received burnt chicken “tenders” and clumped up soggy tots. Of course no one answered the phone when we called and their mailbox is full. We ordered a cheeseburger and got charged 45cents for “extra pickles” and there was not extra on it. This is def not worth the $40 we spent.

Seems very slow moving at this particular location and also not the cleanest. But I do like the option to go thru the drive through at this spot tho. They could definitely improve on their cleanliness and be a little more cheerful when getting people in and out quickly would be key to improve.

We were there with the kids and they completely messed up the order and then charged us again for remaking it. The remade order was not even made right. We ordered extra pickles and there were none, the breakfast sandwich was without EGGS and everything was cold or hard. We visited on a Tuesday night- there was only a couple of cars there.

I ordered my food at the drive thru window, got a #3 Supersonic Bacon Cheeseburger combo with a frozen lemonade and mango flavoring added to it. I ordered the five piece chicken strip meal too. After I paid for my food and got the receipt I realized that the lady had rang up my combo as a medium, but I definitely wanted the large fry and the large mango lemonade!!

Rude & slow AF. Been waiting over 15 minutes IN THE DRIVE THRU. My burger was not how I ordered and also had a chili cheese dog which they put in the bag vertically so all the chili and cheese slid off. AVOID THIS LOCATION

Flawsome Journey

I ordered a #2 with extra ketchup. That is a double Sonic Cheeseburger. I got a single patty burger with only a little mayonnaise and lettuce. I called the store and all I got was that their voicemail is full. I called the corporate office and was told that the store is going to review this and reach out to me. I suspect that I will never receive that call. The lady from corporate was ok. I am officially done with Sonic. The fries and tots are always cold and hard/crunchy. I find out that I am not the only person experiencing this. They have gone downhill over the past few years. It’s sad to see that.
