Overall, it’s a decent option when you’re looking for a quick and easy meal, either for yourself or with family and friends. No syrup for my French toast sticks. Car hops should automatically be putting syrup with these orders. It is not the customer’s job to check for these things. We were staying in a hotel. My husband went to pick up food, dropped it off to me, then went to visit his mom because her dad died over the weekend. I have no way to get any syrup and no way to go back to sonic right now. I simply asked for a refund and they were acting like they couldn’t do that or giving me other options.

My taters were cold…nothing like cold potatoes and I have noticed a trend. I worked at Sonic before. So when the screen says your food is on its way….WHY does it still take 5 to 8 minutes to arrive? Because the car hops are accepting the order before the order can be taken out so their times are better. ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️

Been waiting over 15 min to even get my order taken. Not very busy right now. I’ve been trying to give this place more chances but my orders have been wrong the last three visits. I recently got a banana shake and it had nuts and chocolate in it, not ordered of course. Luckily i didn’t have an allergy. But recently it’s been nothing but staff shortages or poor management or systems are down but it seems this location needs an update

If I could leave no stars I would. Will not be going back to this sonic located next to Walmart in Covington. I understand being short staffed…but I waited 20 minutes after pushing the button to place my order. Then a man across the way pulls up and pushes his button and places his order right away. So thinking that maybe my stall was broken we loved to the next stall , I kid you not right when we moved the woman came on the other stall to take the order. Then we had already pushed the button on the new stall. She comes on and I explain to her that there must be something wrong the stalls because we had been waiting for 20 minutes. She said well are super short handed….I started to place my order in which she then replied with my headset must not be working, I didn’t get your order. I just left…there is no need to even go there. The employees are rude. They only have one side open, and if you wait long enough you maybe get to order…if their headset is working.
