Don’t usually go to fast food but decided to try sonic. I was disappointed I got a chicken sandwich and fries. Placed the order and was delivered to car in less than 5 minutes which at first thought was good was later realized that food was probably already cooked and sitting under a heat lamp. Chicken was tough and dry and fried were hard. I hope this was an isolated case. Guys after a certain time under heat lamp don’t serve. The malt was very good.

At on time the Mathews Sonic was ok,but in the last 7 or 8 months their service is on the downslope. At the drive thru you may wait for 8 minutes at the speaker to place your order ,and when you get your food you better check it to make sure it is what you ordered. I’ll give them one more chance ,and if I’m not satisfied with their speed at drive thru — I’m done,will be going to BK ,McD, Popeyes, or Subway or Vic’s if it isn’t too crowded

August 25, 2022 WHY do you hire “not-so-smart” kids? Almost EVERY time I purchase something using the drive thru I don’t get the correct change. Last night, my bill was $8.09. I gave the girl $10.00 + 25 cents…she gave me back $2.00 instead of $2.16. The NEXT time this happens I will roll up my window and just sit there, not say a word, and wait for the correct change. If the ice cream melts before I get the correct change I will want my money back! My complaint is NOT because of the 16 cents, it just the principle of the matter… What a shame!!!
