For the price of chili cheese tots they really screwed us on the chili they barely gave us any chili. very disappointed this place has really gone downhill!

It took ten minutes to order. I ordered a #2 supersonic double cheese burger with no ketchup, medium tater tots and a route 44 cherry limeade. Almost twenty five minute to get my order. The tater tots were very cold and stale, the hamburger was cold like it had been sitting out for over an hour and had extra ketchup, and the rout 44 was a medium. The server did take the drink back to get the right size. He offered to get more tots but I figured it would take another twenty five minutes. And couldn’t even finish the burger it was so cold. I understand being short handed, it not getting most of the order completely wrong. It is better to be slow and correct than fast and wrong. Sadly, I will probably not eat here ever again and sonic used to be my favorite burger stop.

They were “short staffed” so instead of getting food at the drive up we were asked to use the drive through. Once there the service wasnt even good just rushed. While sitting in line waiting for food noticed other vehicles getting served at the drive ups? Once we recieved our food it was terrible the fries were soggy and cold, the burger was luke warm, the popcorn chicken was luke warm. Our limeade’s werent even good they tasted flat and had a odd aftertaste. This is the second bad experience in as many months and we will not be returning.

Can’t actually comment on the food these days because the last couple times I’ve been I ended up waiting to give my order until I gave up and left. Last time there was nobody in the drive thru ahead of me and only one person in the stalls. Is there just one unfortunate guy working here?

This is the second time we have been here for drinks only and it’s taken over 10 minutes. Not only that but both times we’ve been lately, th employees have no issue telling customers that they want to inflict bodily harm on their boss out of Colorado. It’s rather disturbing and definitely uncalled for.

Jimmy was very nice.. it’s sad people are so rude and don’t realize they are short handed most of the time. When we do order food it is fresh and hot. We appreciate you guys for showing up to work today. The CEO of this place needs to step up and help your employees. They are trying there hardest they need your help renovating the place and getting them enough help. My five stars is for the employee that was treated unfairly by customers and getting yelled at infront of us it really broke my heart to see this. He kept his cool and still put on a smile for us. Respect to you Jimmy.

I went to pick up a Doordash order and on the way out, a staff walked out and I was right behind him and the door swung back. If it weren’t for the customers order, the door would of hit me right in the face. It was no more than a couple inches from my face. The staff there also don’t seem to know what they are doing. Orders constantly getting messed up, they don’t tell you when they are out of something yet charge you for it anyway. Definitely won’t be going back or taking Doordash orders from there again!

Was excited when we got a Sonic in our city due to eating at one as a kid on a trip and it being amazing. Maybe when this place first opened it was okay. But has since gone downhill and has stayed there for years. Only ate here a handful of times due to terrible experiences that I don’t intend on repeating. Uncaring staff, lackluster execution on the food. Drinks seem to be okay usually but you’ll probably wait awhile. And I don’t think this place is maintained well. Don’t eat here unless you want to waste your money on a long shot that things improve or your visit is different. Might try again sometime and write an updated review.
