Forty minute wait. Shake was less than half full, no whip, no cherry. Worst effort of any sonic visit ever. Don’t think ownership is too worried about customers. First 15 minutes were in lot waiting for car hop. No show. Then a molasses slow drive through. Should have went to the little mom and Pop place down the street.

One of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. We were hungry and the place we tried to go to first wasn’t open yet. We got in the drive through line and it took close to 20 min for us to get to the window to pay after putting in our order. When we pulled up to the window our food was sitting in a bag on the counter where it clearly had been sitting for who knows how long. The guy working the window asked what we ordered when we pulled up so clearly he had lost track of orders. I have a pretty good tolerance for bad experience, but the food was below my bottom of the barrel standards for the quick food stop . After the wait the fries were cold and gross. The burger was cold to the point that the grease of the had congealed onto the cheese and it was like a wax coating. We parked right in the parking lot, husband was dealing with our baby who had started crying during the insane wait to let me eat first. I stopped after a couple bites and he insisted I eat my fries and I told him I was done eating. I wasn’t going to eat anymore. it was not good. I told him to eat his and I would take care of the baby. He took a bite of his burger then his fries and immediately stopped because it was awful. Inedible food. We spent about 25 dollars and threw everything away and drove to Casey’s down the road to get some Doritos and beef jerky.

Okay ordered my order through drive through and I made my ordered with 6 quarter ound burgers rom the under 3 buck meal section, 3 with jalapeños and 3 without with some other items. I get home and see that they gave me 3 cheese burgers with jalapeños from the meal section and then I decided to call to explain the situation. The manager , Jackson o into agruing with us about the meal and it was our fault that we didn’t order right. Then I explain to manager , that we come from the same fast food background and we shouldn’t argue with customers and he then says ” good for you ” and then decides to disrespect my fiancee on the phone about the meal. Then i head back there to figure out the a solution and then another co worker then decides to add a comment about not dealing with us with an attitude behind the drive thru window. Then the manager come to the window and we started talking. I asked him that next time he should be professional about it. That maybe being disrespectful could be misinterpreted into something else. Once we get done talking , he then decides to laugh at me and smirk at me while I pull off from the drive thru window. This kind of customer service from the manager isn’t tolerable. This wouldn’t be a good imagine for this location and especially someone trying to represent the management and the sonic team.

Terrible drive thru service. While trying to place an order I was asked if I could wait a minute. After waiting 4 or 5 minutes I give up and drove around to the pick up window. Two people just standing inside talking. Didn’t even acknowledge I was there so I drove off. So did the person that was behind me.

The order taker was short and rude the burger meat tasted old cold and nasty and the new steak burger had so much salt I thought I bought a thing of salt instead of the paper thin steak drowned in sauce! By far the worst sonic to go to! Every time I go there is an issue. I’ll start driving the extra 20 minutes to the better location!

Fast food is a thing of the past place. Looks like it’s ran by 15 year olds 15 year olds. I have no interest to work and I would rather be at the pool leaning at the register bored out of her mind people driving off a plain cheeseburger shouldn’t take 20 minutes.

The chicken sandwich was unedible. Jumbo popcorn chicken just breading 2% chicken. Slow service when we were the only ones there. Went over order 3x. Cold tots

Sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes after paying, and I was the only customer! Asked 3 times for tots instead of fries and still was given fries! I won’t ever go back to this location!

I waited 5 minutes in the drive thru after paying for what I was told would be fresh food (it wasnt). The cheeseburger was very sad looking and thrown together with no care, hence the cheese on the bottom of the patty. I’ve visited this sonic before so I know you can do way better. You get 2 stars because the employee working the drive thru window was very polite, even though she lied about fresh food.
