I would love the Sonic staff in Russell to Please teach consistency and accuracy to the Wichita locations. Yesterday, my family and I ordered drinks and snacks and were blown away (in a great way) to see condiments and napkins. We didn’t have to push the button and ask for everything that should have been in the bag. Our drinks were 100% the way we ordered them and I was just a happy individual after that lol. Thank you for reading the tickets and making our orders the way we asked We will definitely stop again the next time we roll through. Keep up the great work!

Sonic here is Russell I did have a 5 star for the past 2.5 years. Now! Your lucky I give a three, food has gone to hell! The picture is a number 1 combo and as you can tell is barely a #1. 1 tomato, brown pieces of lettuce, no onion, 1 pickle a thrown together. This is second time in a week, plus cold tater tots. Don’t waste your money at this sonic in Russell.

I ordered the sausage and egg burrito combo and Got burrito with literally no meat. Definitely dosen’t look like the picture. To be fair it was a decent egg burrito. Got tater tots for sides. My honest opinion. The tots tested like it was frozen and got microwave with no seasoning. The lemon aid wasn’t bad. A little sweet for me but my wife liked it.

I never got directions last week but I have been at the Sonic in Phillipsburg, Kansas before. Since this stupid civil lie came out Sonic has really went down hill as fast as Good service buy all employees, the Sonic in Norton kansas don’t care about their customers at all.
