This place is a den of inept, low IQ imbeciles parading as human beings. How are you going to mess up an order then act like it’s the customer’s fault? How are you also going to somehow mess up the refund AND replacement as well?

I believe they changed owners or managers of this store but the customer service is better it is much speedier as far as getting orders out and the employees I asked said they are happy with the change. I’m addicted to their shakes so I’m there 3 times per day sometimes. Overall great place to begin with and somehow it got even better.

Great fast service but the quality is abysmal. Have tried it a few times over and over again but the drinks and food suck! I have ordered a ultimate meat and cheese burrito and it was just straight eggs. No meat, no cheese, just straight eggs. Also they overuse the hell out of the flavor syrup. My cherry lime aide tasted like straight lime juice. Tired of this sonic and they need to do better.

This Sonic is OK. Lately I have been getting breakfast here once every week or two and about half the time my burrito has a big gash down the side defeating the purpose of a burrito. They also often forget the salsa or if you ask for 6 packets might only get 1 or 2.

They always seem to mess up, take forever to do anything, and then when you have to go back to get the food they didn’t give you to begin with, they mess it up still! Super disappointed.
