Loving sonic it breaks my heart that it’s been a while that workers here have cared and represented in the”food” served and who serves it . .we use to eat at Sonic 3 times a week until they ran out of ice cream a few years back and the carhops loved to argue so it’s a challenge to want to eat there . Stopping in for small something for 5.40 I got 7 tater tots and a burger that was 3 bites… anything extra like cheese was 1.00….name brand cheese 12 slices is 5.00 so 50 cents is still high but understandable the 1.00 for cheese on the 7 tots that were NOT fresh or hot was to much for me … hopefully someday this will be a great place to eat again but at the current time I’d rather starve

This sonics food is reliably fresh most of the time. It is a bit of a wait, but the food makes up for it. The customer service is better than it used to be, since a new general manager has taken over. Would recommend going to this Sonic if you do not mind the wait.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I originally asked for marinara with my mozz sticks. We both had med blasts. When the food was delivered, there was no marinara, and a blast was missing. The other blast wasn’t even blended. When my blast DID arrive (with eyerolling and a whole attitude) it was a smaller size than the one delivered. I had to send it back to be remade. By the time I got started on it, we had a whole mess of MELTED ice cream on us due to them busting the bottom of the cup with the blender. I never got to eat it. They didn’t seem busy, just steady. The attitude and sighs were NOT needed.

MY ADVICE to other customers NEVER come here when it’s slow you will get old food. only take a chance during busy hours. also NEVER come on Sunday its seem they are always out of a lot of items maybe they get the supply truck on Monday?? MAKE sure the order is correct before going home. I’ve been coming here for years it’s the worst sonic in Kansas. they are not kind and serve horrible food! just 1 example: I asked for extra tomatoes I got NONE When I asked about it they said they ran out of tomatoes: A manager should never let this happen go to the grocery store less than a mile away and buy produce! not just for me but for anyone (I can understand being tight on them until main supply comes in) there’s so many examples. I agree with a lot of the reviews time is a big issue too. you wait for a long time and often the order is wrong. hope the manager sees this.. and makes improvements! and no I won’t be calling the 800 # or the franchise owner.

Ordered the new grilled burger and have no idea what they made us! It was on toast, with just cheese, meat, onions, mustard and pickles. Tasted like nothing. The junior burger was supposed to have mustard, and onions. It was plain, nothing on it. Very disappointed in the food.

We will no longer come here as the service has been horrible. Took 30 minutes to bring us a flavored water and an ice tea. Then we decided to give it one more try and they kept messing up our order. I’ve worked customer service before and massive improvements need to be made before more people decide to quit coming here.
