Horrible customer service. I have never in my life experienced such rude behavior from an employee. I havent been to a Sonic in years so asked the employee when ordering if it was happy hour? She said yes but hesitated a while. I thought maybe she had to ask someone else. I tried to order but no answer then she would come back and say can I take your order. After a few times of this. I asked if she could hear me and she said yes. Told her I have tried to place my order but she wasn’t responding. Anyway finally got my order and rang it up full price. When I asked if the price reflected half price on the drinks she said no it’s over. Mind you, I have been trying to communicate with her this whole time. Not once did she tell me it was almost over when I initially asked about it. Then I ask for a manager and he just says he can’t do anything about it. He also had a very snarky attitude! I don’t even care that the drinks were no longer half off. It was the communication and rudness of the staff. It literally felt like she did all of it intentionally trying to waste time and then ring it up full price after it was over.

Left a good review and whoever was cooking last night apparently couldn’t have that! Food was absolutely disgusting, sloppy, and cold. Sad sad burger. Apparently they were using the “fresh veg” from 2 weeks ago. Shriveled tomatoes and browned lettuce. Loads and loads of mustard just oozing out everywhere. Smashed the living snot out of the buns. Pickles had been left out as well. Ice cold french fries. Also, they didn’t sear the meat. It was a gross light brown. Looked like cooked in water. How y’all do that on accident? It was intentionally made horrible. Get the child or man child off the griddle. Try ya again in 3 more years. Bye

The food is not the problem with this establishment, fortunately. The problem is that the place is falling apart and has been for the last couple years. It is hit or miss as to which stall you can order from because a large portion of them don’t have functioning screens. Supposedly you can still order from them but in an establishment where you’re supposed to be able to see what you order and make corrections/pay/tip via your personal screen, it’s rather asinine to have to depend on the carhops when they are simply supposed to bring you food or give change.

Today I decided would be the day I tried a sonic hotdog. Lemme tell you about this hotdog, it was a big ol glizzy, a real hog, the finest quality pig intestines money can buy this side of Tahiti. I consider myself glizzy expert, I thought I was ready for this dog, but I overshot and ended up with 7 inches of glizzy jammed in my breathing tube. I thought it was over fellas, I saw Jesus, there was no saving Private Ryan today, but guess what sports fans. Outta left field, some random lady named K-Lee used some fancy kung-fu technique called the hime-lick and ka-me-ha-me-had that glizzy outta me. Overall it was an alright dining experience I guess. 8/10

Had the Steak Sandwich. As always the best tasting offering in the menu. Was glad to see they changed the toast bread to a regular bun. Onion rings were perfect and a RT.44 Barq’s Root Beer, ice cold. Afterwards I indulged in a Butterfinger Blast!!!
