I had a very bad experience.i drove to get two burgers and fries, I got home and they had a nasty sauce on them very tangy, so I called up there and the girl tried to tell me it was mayo I said no defiantly not, she argued with me. I asked for manager and she said it be tomorrow. She said to come get the order replaced but it was almost time for them to close and I said no I am not driving that far back tonight and you guys close in 15 min. I asked for manager she got very rude I asked for her name she hung up on me, my friend had to call up and get her name. They said manager would call me the next morning, it’s two weeks not one phone call back, haven’t been refunded or had meals replaced. I paid almost 20 dollars to get cold fries and two cheeseburgers we couldn’t eat. Very very disappointed .

Sonic is always good. Went through the drive-through, which was slow, and it wasn’t a peak time. I don’t blame them as they looked short staffed. Ninety-nine percent of the time, it’s fast and friendly. It’s nice to go to a fast food restaurant that isn’t automated to the hilt (McDonald’s). Human contact and interaction are important. Hope Sonic keeps it that way.

This place is always understaffed which leads to what looks like a very high turnover rate. I’d think it would be easier to retain people if they would hire more people to avoid the ones they have getting burned out and tired of always being at work. I say this because the staff I’ve encountered are always nice and id like to see them stay longer as they make your visit so much more pleasant.

I came here in the morning, I had a breakfast sandwich. It was tasty and the lady who served me was friendly. However, I tried coming here later in the afternoon, business was picking up. I unfortunately didn’t have time to wait for them serve me, so I ended up going to McDonald’s.

We haven’t been to sonic in a very long time because of our past experiences. We went today and it was AMAZING!!!! The food was fresh and not full of grease and all sloppy, like we had gotten in the past. The crew was clean and looked professional which is also a super nice change!!! I love the limeades. The cheeseburgers are good and the dill chips are quite good, too. My husband loves the corn dogs. The one in Loveland, CO used to have delicious ice cream. A few years ago the formula/supplier was changed and now I don’t care for it at all.

I set for 5 minutes at the drive through and no one got my order, went to a drive in speaker still waited a good 5 minutes before they took my order. All I wanted was ice tea and still took another 10 minutes before it came out. Thank heavens I was not in a hurry and only wanted my tea….just visiting here but sure hope they get more help.
