The food is okay but the service time is where it needs improvement. I was sitting in drive through for 10 minutes waiting for the car in front of us to order. I then decided to order online and go to a stall. Even after all that it took them 15 mins to bring us or drinks.

3 or 4 tiny onion rings is an order barely size of ping pong ball. Sloppy disgusting sticky drink cup dripping over side. Dry old stale chicken. Poor service

Only rating 5 star to get views, literally the worst sonic, every single time I go, which is often I live here. My food is always gross, messed up and smeared all over the wrapper or smashed. Burgers burnt. Chicken dry. And they’re mad expensive. Service is terrible as well as I just tried talking to them about it and was told I was in the wrong. Oh you also don’t get nacho cheese for your pretzels or dipping sauces for your food

I went to pick up my order I ordered on the app and when I got my LARGE ONION RINGS I would have called it a small and someone one came out to remake it and when they brought it back out 10 minutes later it looks as though they only added 2-3 onion rings in it barely a medium. I don’t think I’ll be back for awhile as this happens all the time with the onion rings. Everyone either needs to be trained on what the difference is between sizes and/or trained again im tired of paying for something im not getting.

Rushed us at the drive through, didn’t let us finish, and then retaliated by giving us ice slushies (no syrup). Run by high schoolers.

Usually very impressed with this Sonic; however, my grilled chicken sandwich was cut a bit short on the chicken today. Good friendly car hop though!

My mom went there to order a “coffee hot” and they confused it somehow with a broccoli tot, which aren’t even on the menu. When she tried to tell them that she ordered a coffee. They responded “it’s not on the order slip”. People know what they order and they tried to blame it on the order slip? This is not the first time this happened. Not this exact situation, but them screwing up an order and saying “it’s not on the order slip”, or “you already paid for it”.

Since they don’t carry Chicago dogs any longer, I got a regular hot dog and had them add tomatoes, jalapenos, and onions. I then added mustard and relish. It was the closest I could get to a Chicago dog. I was amazed by how delicious it turned out!

I ordered a junior deluxe burger even though it’s not on the menu. Other Sonics still make it even though it’s not on the menu. This one didn’t tell me they no longer offer it. Just brought me a regular junior burger. If you don’t have it make sure the customer KNOWS. I would have ordered something else…….NOT HAPPY!
