First time to this sonic, and ordered in the app. Had to ask for sauces that should automatically come with my meal. Took a while to get anyone’s attention in order to get them. I get home and out of 8 mozzarella sticks only 4 had cheese in them. I would drive back over to get a refund but it would cost more in gas money.

Went to this sonic and ordered the chicken strip box. This is what I was given. Not sure if these chicken strips are extremely old or if they are just severely over cooked. They also smelled like they were cooked in grease that has never been changed. What a shame.

This location rocks. Doesn’t matter if it’s their slow period or a rush hour, my food’s always been fresh here. Really fast and friendly service. The plants out front make for an enjoyable patio experience

Every time I’m here, the staff is so friendly and the food is amazing. They’re sometimes out of certain items or their machines are malfunctioning, but the stellar service blows all the negatives out of the water. Me and my friends come to this one specifically because the staff is incredible. Keep it up!!!

My review is for the kitchen I ordered a #3 large burger was fine but the fries were suppose to be large but turned out to be small and the fries were over over cooked I had ordered also onion rings they were either overcook or burnt and my wife ordered the #4 and she didn’t get her bacon even tho it comes with bacon and last time I was here I ordered the #4 they forgot my dam patty thankfully they remade me a new one but come on it can’t be that hard

The chicken strips were either very very overcooked or very old. Same with the toast with the meal. Food was also cold, so seems like it might have been left over from another order. Also we didn’t get the sauces that we asked for and our vanilla coke didn’t have any vanilla in it. Very disappointing. We love sonic, just not this one anymore. We were traveling and didn’t check our food before we left and didn’t want to turn around and go back to fix it.

The only good thing about that visit was that my mom’s two burritos and fries were good and hot. I on the other hand got a toaster and it was cold like it was made for another customer but they changed their mind not to mention that the beacon and the toast was over cooked. This is why my visits are few and far to any Sonic in Lawrence my food either gets overcooked or it’s wrong.
